CONGRATULATIONS CLARSACH PLAYERS

Last week pupils from JGHS performed at the National MOD and have brought back with them some trophies marking their success.

Sean MacPherson (S6) and Finlay Cunniffe (S5) came first in the Senior Duets winning the Comunn Na Clarsach Cup. 

Anna McKenzie and Catriona McGregor (S4)  came second in the Senior Duets Class.

Ceitidh McLuskey (S1) won the trophy for Singing and Self Accompaniment.

Ceitidh McLuskey (S1) and Sheena MacGregor (S1) won the trophy for the Junior Duets. 

Finlay Lawson (S1) and Callum McCabe (T Na P) came second for the Junior Duets.

Sean Macpherson (S6) and Finlay Cunniffe (S5) were awarded joint third in the Advanced Class.

Cliona McCabe (S2) and Tuesday Rose (S2) came second in the Clarsach Duo.
