Township voices: South African Choir from JGHS link school, Dloko High School come to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival

The Dloko High School Choir are singing at the Edinburgh International Fringe Festival.  

The Choir are hoping to do a collaborative item at the end of the 60 minute show for the finale with singers from JGHS.  

We will be performing 1 song.  The current plan is to learn Nkosi Sikelel' and join with our friends from Dloko. 

The concerts are on Tuesday 12th/Wednesday 13th/Thursday 14th August with the dress rehearsal on Monday 11th August.

As it is nearing the end of term and we really need to rehearse with those pupils who have been involved in the Chamber Choir this year and anyone else who wishes to be involved in the Finale Item.  Past pupils and Staff members are also welcome to join.  There will be a rehearsal on Thursday 19th June after school and an additional rehearsal on Friday 20th June for those who cannot make Thursday's rehearsal.
