Edinburgh Fringe Festival Rabbie Burns Musical Casting
A musical on the life of Robert Burns
is being performed at the Edinburgh Fringe this August.
The screenplay is by Scottish dramatist Andrew Dallmeyer, with thirty songs or rousing choruses to the popular tunes of Burns's time brought up- to- date in spectacular piano accompaniments by musical director, Kennedy Aitchison.
Last year, a shorter version lasting one hour 10 minutes, "Rabbie", was premiered during the Edinburgh Fringe by 3rd Degree Theatre and the trailer of "Rabbie" is available at
The producers are putting on a further production in
the Edinburgh Fringe in 2015 in
Surgeons Hall from 17 - 23 August at 17.45 .
Casting for "Rabbie" is currently in progress.
