PIPE BAND SUCCESS!

Congratulations 

to our 

Pipe Band 

who competed in the 

Inaugural Scottish Schools Pipe Bands Championships

JGHS won the prize for 

the band that best encapsulated the spirit of what a pipe band should be about.

Well done to all the pipers and drummers and especially to Rachel Gray our Pipe Major. 

Rachel was selected (out of around 1000 performers!) to address the audience at the prizegiving ceremony. Rachel and the Cabinet minister (Michael Russell) delivered the two main speeches.
