Young Songwriter Competition 2018

Aged 8-18? Written your own original song? Want to write your first song? Want your songs to be listened to by key players in the music industry, including Tom Odell, Imelda May, Lucie Silvas and Guy Chambers? Want to get connected to an exciting community of young songwriters worldwide?

Then get your songs ready to enter the Young Songwriter 2018 competition! Entries are open until midnight on 8 April 2018.  You’ll need to submit mp3 audio files of your songs and the lyrics.  Each entrant may enter up to 5 songs and an additional 5 joint entries.  The entry fee is £5 per song to cover admin costs.

Now in it’s 7th year, the competition is the leading international songwriting competition for 8-18 year olds that champions the creative talents of young people, gets their songs heard & unites young songwriters worldwide.
